Stoves - Multifuel Stoves - Stove

The Different Styles of Stoves...

  • Boiler Stoves - Heating a house with a solid fuel boiler stove is popular option in Ireland. Solid Fuel Boiler Stoves is a secure and relatively cheap form of fuel and a multifuel stove provides a cosy focal point to any room. A back boiler multifuel stove gives your family plenty of hot water, as well as running a complete central heating system

  • Non Boiler Stoves - These Stoves are avaliable with many diffrent sizes, outputs and makes. Room Heaters are able to heat every corner of your room

  • Wood-Burning Stoves - A wood-burning stove is a heating appliance capable of burning wood fuel and wood-derived biomass fuel. Generally the appliance consists of a solid metal (usually cast iron or steel) closed fire chamber, a grate and an adjustable air control. The appliance will be connected to a suitable chimney or flue which will fill with hot combustion gasses once the fuel is ignited. It is critical that the chimney or flue gasses are hotter than the outside temperature as this will result in combustion gasses being drawn out of the fire chamber and up the chimney.

  • Oil Stoves - The heating oil kersoene we use is only one of thousands of diverse petroleum products essential to our lives, from paint, ointments, dyes, detergents, electrodes and chewing gum as chemists continue to refine and manipulate its complex molecular structures to our benefit. But sadly the association oil has with technology means that many people regard heating oil with suspicion and a fuel which should be burned out of sight. Since the foundry began in 1854 the philosophy at Nestor Martin Efel has always been that designing to allow a fuel to release its heat in the most natural way possible is efficient, less damaging to the environment and visually attractive. Oil is no exception to this philosophy and within their oil stoves the Harmony and stanford are oil burners which use no fans, pumps, nozzles, or even wicks. The oil is simply warmed to a vapour as it enters the burner and burns freely within the stove, where it can be observed through the glass panelled door of the stove
